Refund policy

We're a small business creating limited edition products, so if you change your mind after purchasing or enter the wrong address at checkout, unfortunately we can't offer a return or refund.

If we receive your package back from Royal Mail due to an incorrect address, we will get in touch and try to re-deliver, however there will be a small charge for doing so.

However, if your order turns up looking like it's been run through a dishwasher or we've somehow sent you the wrong thing, let us know straight away. We'll check it out for you and if it's our fault, we'll make it right.
