We're a small business and so if you change your mind after purchasing or enter the wrong address, unfortunately we can't offer a return or refund.

However, if your order turns up looking like it's been run through a dishwasher or we've somehow sent you the wrong thing, let us know straight away. We'll check it out for you and if it's our fault, we'll make it right.
